                     2010 RENTAL RATES

Reservation deposit-50%  A non refundable reservation deposit is required to hold unit for dates requested. Reservation deposit will be applied to rental fee at start of rental.

30' Travel trailer-base rental-$345.00/minimum rental (up to 3 days)

A security/damage deposit is required at start of rental to be paid by bank check, cash or credit card before unit is delivered. Deposit will be refunded after inspection if unit is returned clean, undamaged and no items missing. Customer responsible for proper care and upkeep of rental unit and is responsible for any damages. A minimum $60.00 fee will be charged for a unit that has to be cleaned.

Base rentals will include propane tanks filled, battery fully charged and fresh water tank full. Customer will be responsible for additional supplies if base rental supplies are exhausted. A service fee of $30 per hour will be charged if a customer needs to have Adirondack Campers refill base rental supplies.

A delivery charge will be assessed on all rentals based on distance and location of drop off point.

Checkin/delivery time 1-5 pm on first day of rental. Return/pickup time 7-11 am on last day of rental.     

All rental fees to be paid before delivery of unit (No personal checks within 2 weeks of start of rental)

Please note: Customer is required to meet with Adirondack Campers at campsite to take delivery. At that time customer will be shown proper operating procedures, informed of customers responsibilities pertaining to rental unit and will need to sign rental agreements. Every effort will be made to have rental unit on site at the time you request. If you cannot make appointment time please call well in advance to reschedule. A $30 per hour charge will be added to your bill if you do not show up on time to take delivery.

As your vacation is ending another customers is just beginning. Please be thoughtful. Adirondack Campers cannot be held responsible for failure to meet a rental commitment if the previous customer does not return a unit in safe working condition.
